What we do not do

This site has no forms and shows no ads. We do not sell your data.

Data we receive

We receive the data you send us yourself through one of these channels, plus the technical data the livechat needs to run.

• WhatsApp: your phone number, profile name, and message content.
• Email to support@bitlabs.co.id: your email address and message content.
• Shapa livechat: the conversation and any details you type into the widget.
• Shapa livechat, technical data: whenever a page loads, the livechat widget connects to Shapa's servers. Those servers receive technical data such as your IP address, browser, and the page you are on, which is used to run the chat.

Cookies and local storage

This site sets no cookies of its own. The livechat widget stores a visitor identifier in your browser's local storage, and may set cookies, so a conversation stays connected as you move between pages. That data is used by the livechat only.

Third parties

We rely on the following third parties to run the site.

• Shapa provides the livechat. Shapa is operated by the same company, PT Berry Inovasi Teknologi.
• Cloudflare hosts this site. Cloudflare processes network requests to the site, including visitor IP addresses, to serve pages and keep them secure.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics measures visits and page speed in aggregate. It sets no cookies and does not track individual visitors.

How we use and keep data

We use your data only to answer questions, follow up on collaborations, and provide support. We keep it as long as needed for those purposes or as the law requires.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing support@bitlabs.co.id. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
